With water weights, stand in the middle of your pool. You do not have to strictly use water weights. However, they give you extra water resistance.
To do this exercise, simply hold the weights in your front. Your arms should be placed in front while your pals are facing out. Curl the water weighs up and down. Repeat until you feel tired.
Work all your leg muscles through leg lifts. While staying at the middle of the pool, lift one leg out to one side and then put it back down. Then repeat. Stop if your legs feel tired. After, switch to the other leg. The purpose of this exercise is to improve your balance and to provide strength to your core.
Build the strength of your arm, shoulder and chest. You can opt for standing water push up in order to not damage your joints. This is practically like doing pushups while standing in the pool.
